I think the real title should be anxiety triggers a flare up. I do admit I fell down on the job. What’s new right. The polymer pendants just aren’t selling, so we decided to try a different project idea. It involves solder, super fun btw, but I forgot to put on a mask, then quickly grabbed my 95 mask. Silly. Then I added my exhaust fan. What else can I throw at it?

This has all been done with open window in Canada in the middle of winter. So my next and last item from our arsenal is my big air fed gas mask, which means I can work but my glasses don’t fit. So far today I have done nothing except 4 flights of stairs and I am breathing fine at the moment. How can I find away to avoid the situation that is giving me discomfort? I know a lot in life is anxiety inducing. I think it is time to have a chat with my doc.
Feel good today!
